Hi Nazmul,
it is possible to run Tomcat in Win98. Search for 98 in Apache/Tomcat - forum. There were some discussion.
It should work to let both servers run on different ports (e.g. PWS on 80 and Tomcat on 8080).
Maybe the isapi_redirector works with PWS http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/release/v4.0.2/bin/win32/ . Why not? If so you can run Tomcat as external Webengine to PSW. Don't know where to find how to install isapi_redirector. You might look in PSW - documentation or in microsoft-forums or ask in Apache/Tomcat-forum. In every case the redirector has to be installed in PWS. If isapi_redirector does not work you might find s.th. PWS-specific on the Internet.

I set up a specific freeware redirector for LotusDomino5 this week and it worked(http://free.tagish.net). Although for example httpSessions in Domino and sessions in Tomcat are unrelated (no solution for this).

Hi Stephen Batsas
You can find PWS in the original Win98 installer CD.
AND the link is http://www.apache.org
