Confused

Hi,
I am bit confused of what to do next after SCJP2. I went through Jcert track. But I couldn't decide what to do. Which is better. SCWCD or vendor certified solution developer.
I would also like to know, if we get ceritified as solution developer, what is the use. Will it have some value in the job market. As what we will be hired in company.
I would like to concentrate on J2EE. which exam is better. SCWCD or Java architecture exam. I have 2 years of experience working on jsp/servlets. Now the market is very bad in this area. Is it good to concentrate more on j2EE stuffs. Please clear my ideas. I will appreciate your help.

I would first go for SCWCD and not vendor specific stuff. SCWCD emphasises the technology not how to use the technology in a particular App server.

This is a pretty wide question.

There is no ONE answer.
Yes, developer exam is helpful, in a way that it distinguishes you from a person who claims that he has knowledge of the technology involved. But will it get you a job - no gaurentees.

I think you already made a stmt about you interest in J2EE and your experience. So, I would first suggest SCWCD.

Satya makes a good point. After you look at SCWCD and Architect, then you might think about a specific vendor.
