Dear Ranchers, I really appreciate your great help on my study of WCD. I have some experience to share with you all. In my opinion, to understand the basic concepts is most important. It asked me some questions about bean scope, which I never used befor. so I lost the mark. I failed in one question on design patterns. Note the patterns covers more than four. you need know the essential pros/cons on the typical ones. I have experience in Servlet, which helps a lot. I always try to translate JSP to servlet for the execution flows, and it helps a lot. Wish you all good luck on your exam
Hi, sorry for late reply. the mock exam I took is Sun's free exam, Anand's exam, Eduardo's exam, and the two tial version - Jwebplus and Whiz. I particulary like Anand's exam. it's very close to real exam. The API spec is important, I got a lot of questions on that. you need know which are classes, which are interfaces, and those important methods under those interface. good luck

Congrats Lydia for your score! Can you please explain as how many questions you got from servlets, jsp, design patterns, security and Taglibs. TIA -- Venkat
