Hi Java Ranchers I have cleared my SCJP and I am planning to take the SCWCD exam.I am new to java Sevlets and jsp's.Is it preferable to use only the tomcat web server for preparation,or any other web server is fine. I have just started working with jsp's using Blazix web server suggested in the javatut.com web site. Please suggest me good sources to learn jsp's and Servlets for beginners. Thanks Sudha.

There is a wise saying from the place where I come from...."For thousands of problems, there are millions of solutions." In general, you can use whatever server you want. But make sure the server is based on Servlet Spec 2.3 and JSP Spec 1.2. I don't know about Blazix, never used it, so I can't comment. Tomcat on the other hand is quite easy to use for starters. So pick one and go with it....Good luck. - satya
