Custom tag objectives

Hi there, I am looking at the exam objectives for custom tags and am finding them surprisingly 'light'. From the objectives it appears that the exam touches on only the most basic custom tag concepts.
Is this because the person writing the objectives got a little bored toward the end or does the exam really only require a basic level of knowledge of custom tags?
