Since you have got 2~3 years experience in the project development in Java. I guess you can pass the exam by self-study. This should not be too difficult.
The following resources you may need:
1) Servlet Specification; (download from Sun's Website)
2) JSP Specification; (download from Sun's Website)
3) Servlet/JSP APIs; (download from Sun's Website)
4) A good book like "More Servlets and JavaServer Pages" (or you can download the old version "Core Servlets and JavaServer Pages" at www.coreservlets.com);
5) A Servlet/JSP container for you to practise, like Tomcat (you may follow the steps at http://www.moreservlets.com/Using-Tomcat-4.html to do all the configurations)
6) 3 hours a day for 1~2 month study.
