I am having JCP2 and I am having around 2 years experience in Java.I have decided to give the SCJWCD certification exam.
1. I want to know how much time do I need to
give for preparing for the certification.
I am comfortable with servlet but much with
the JSPs.
2.What are the books that I need to purchase:
I am having Oriely's Servlet book by Jason
Hunter and one JSP book by wrox publication.
I have downloaded the specs of Servlet and
JSP also.
So If I purchase "More Servlets and JSP" book
and refer the sites for mock exams
then will it sufficient as study material.
Please suggest

You might also consider getting a copy of the SCWCD objectives in the Sun website. The answers to your questions depend really more on how prepared you feel, using the objectives and the mock exams as a meterstick. You could also try answering the posts here, the Servlets or JSP forums.
Best of luck to you.

Is this a reliable website? Throws many pages while surfing. Any one has any idea about this?

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
