I am remembering.
  • HttpSessionAttributeListener has to be added in web.xml under <listener> tag.
  • HttpSessionListener has to be added in web.xml
  • HttpSessionBindingListener are not needed to add in web.xml
  • HttpSessionActivationListnere are not needed to add in web.xml

  • When you call invalidte then
  • value is unbounded (is specific to object which is being unbounded)
  • value is removed(is specific to that web-app)
  • then session is destroyed(is specific to context) and will be called once per session
