I have JBuilder6when i had installed it, it asked me that i want to associate it with java or jbuilder something i said no and coz of this my files open in different format, it have different icons will there be any option that it will ask me again that associate question, i had installed windows again but no effect i have windows 2000 server

Dear Hina
To reconfigure .java file to directly open in JBuilder, select any .java file, hold down the shift-key and press right-mouse-button than press the 'Open with...' menu item and 'select' from the list JBuilder and 'check' on the label down the list saying 'Always use this program to open this type of file'.
Hope this will solve your problem and your .java files will be opening in Jbuilder.
