I think <discription> tag is correct.
The structure is like:
<web-app>
<context-param>

Sorry, just now, I pressed wrong key before I finished what I wanted to write. Now I am continuing with the above msg.
The structure is like:
<web-app>
<context-param>
<param-name>..</param-name>
<param-value>..</param-value>
<description>..</description>
</context-param>
</web-app>
