problem with Tomcat installation

i have the following statements in the autoexec.bat
file
set JAVA_HOME= C:\jdk1.3.0_02
set CATALINA_HOME=C:\windows\desktop\jakarta-tomcat-4.0.5
PATH=C:\orawin95\bin;c:\jdk1.3.0_02\bin
still after starting tartup.bat file it says:
the JAVA_HOME variable is not defined correctly
this env. variable is needed to run this program
Label not found.
i have already fixed the out of env. memory prob.
can someone help

Have you set up the environment variables? try it out.
