Tomcat runs fine on win98 machine. Infact I do all my sample examples on tomcat with win98 platform. Just set all the environment variables e.g. JAVA_HOME,CATALINA_HOME,classpath properly in the autoexec.bat file. so you should not have any problems. thanks, Trupti
Satya I'm running Tomcat (v4.0.4) off W98 without any hassles, after configuring these parameters: CATALINA_HOME = C:\jakarta-tomcat-4.0.4 CLASSPATH = C:\jakarta-tomcat-4.0.4\common\lib\servlet.jar JAVA_HOME = C:\j2sdk1.4.0_01
