Getting SCWCD without SCJP

Is it possible to get SCWCD without SCJP.
I know Sun will not offer the certificate, but is that any problem to sit in the exam and complete it.

had i not taken those certs, i wonder if it would have been fun to give it a try... you know test the system - the establishment... ... don't...
