What is the difference between:
<jsp irective.include file="blah.jsp"/>
<jsp:include page="blah.jsp"/>

equivalent to <%@ include file="blah.jsp"/>
Inclusion is static. Included at translation time.
and this
<jsp:include page="blah.jsp"/>
Incllusion is dynamic, at request time (every request).
