When is the new SCWCD 1.4 exam going to be released? What are the different topics? Does it have a section on JavaServerFaces (JSF)?

Hi
I would guess March (I belive even sun dont know).
No JSF's in Objectives. Somwhere I read that 40%
of specifications is diferent. I really dont know yet.
Also the tools for current scwcd will not be very
helpful for next one.

- the beta exam is in mid january
- New topics include expression language (EL), filters, jstl, and the normal servlet model, blah, blah...
- it does not include JSF

Is it worth waiting for the new version to be released or not? Considering that I have not started getting prepared for SCWCD yet.

If I was in your position, I'd wait.
I knew about the exam update, but I had scheduled already and finished my studies, so I took the old one.
