Deployment Descriptor Question

Hello!
I am quite confused in the element order for Deployment Descriptor 2.4.

DD 2.4 now uses XML schema. Based on the specifications, ONLY the top-level elements of web.xml or the children of web-app can be placed in any order. The elements within top-level elements, however, should strictly follow a certain order.
Please validate or correct my findings.

I have seen some articles that interchange the elements within jsp-property-group. A good example is Bert Bates' study aid. I have seen some articles who interchange these elements as well.
Please enlighten me.
