There are 11 sections in the exam objectives, 5 on servlets 5 on JSPs and 1 on design patterns. So what are we supposed to expect from the test with these objectives, apprx 46% of qs from each of the first two parts and 8% on design patterns. or apprx 9% from each section. and again each section should be equally distributed with the equal levels of toughness and easiness. I guess this is the way any exam is, with given a set of objectives. But unfortunately we miss that here, Around 70% was concentrated on JSP (related). I think everybody who took the test accepts it. I request either to modify the exam objectives or the exam.
What about the rest who took the exam? How do you guys found the overall exam pattern? Any unsatisfied guy like me?

I dont really agree with this, becos this is only your estimation, not an offical announcement, and no one has ever said before that the % of Qs are evenly distributed. For IBM tests, it mentions how many % (or # of questions) in each objective, but then, IBM just points out a less detail objectives. In fact, as you may notice before, the servlet part almost unchange!!! Only add a small section on filter and RequestListener. However, the JSP part has changed a lot, adding EL, JSTL, Custom Tag with Tag file, many many! And thus, I wont really feeling unexpected if SUN tries to ask more on new technologies. (Otherwise, SUN has no need to release a new exam ) Nick.
