Hi
In mock exams I have seen some questions where we have options other than MVC,Buisness Delegate,DAO,Value objects.
I want to know whether we have to study other design patterns for SCWCD.

I think you should read exactly your objectives concerning the level of exam you want to take (1.4 or 1.3).All is written.
According to me, who has taken the 1.4 beta, all the patterns that are not in objectives, but are answers in the questions, are just here to disturb you!
Good luck!

I can only speak for the 1.4 exam, and for the 1.4, you can trust the objectives. We might throw in other patterns to distract you, and if we manage to disturb you, all the better

Spot false dilemmas now, ask me how!

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
