Which version you want to take?
1.3 or 1.4?
For 1.3, the only book you needed is:
SCWCD Exam Study Kit, by Mr. Hanumant
You can also use JWebPlus and www.j2eecertificate.com for exam preparation.
For 1.4, there is currently no resources available except the specification.
Mr. Hanumant said he is currently reviewing the 1st edition of his book, and the 2nd edition will cover the new objectives. Also, Kathy and Bert are going to publish their new HeadFirst book: HeadFirst JSP and Servlets (formally known as HeadFirst SCWCD).
Stay tune.
Nick

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
