I'm interested in learning stuff in
and would like to take the SCWCD later, but my working enviornment is not using any of those things, should I still take the chance? Thanks!

If you are interested, sure; why not?
You can start practising J2EE related stuff using open source projects like
, mySql etc.
Soon you will realize that it is fun and it will be enlightening experience(sometimes it can be a little frustrating while figuring out how things can be working together, but that is part of fun).
