I think SCWCD exam study kit is an excellent book, though it's only for SCWCD 1.3 (exam 310-080). The most part of 1.4 are same as 1.3, 1.4 only adds EL, Tag Files, simple Tags. The study kit makes you understand almost every detail of servlet and Jsp, really a five start book.
