How to forward HTML Form INPUTs from to Servlet via another HTML?

When I invoke a servlet from HTML Form Action then HTML is forwarding all input parameters to the servlet. This is fine.
But I have a HTML1 with some input parameters. pressing submit button invokes another HTML2, which also have some other parameters. HTML2 is invoking Servlet. In servlet script request.getParameterNames() giving only HTML2 parameters but not HTML1 parameters.

How to get both HTML1 and HTML2 parameters to Servlet script.

You obviously need to include the values as part of the second submitted form.
