I use WSAD and passed my certification exam.

1)Get manning's SCWCD book. You really will use it after you take the exam.
2)WSAD works really hard at making it so you do not need to know the technical stuff needed to pass the exam.(WSAD for work. emacs/vi/command line to practice for the exam)

Get SCWCD Study Kit by Mr.Hanumant with Tomcat. Then you are done with SCWCD.... I mean for SCWCD 1.3.... but as for version 1.4, you will need more resources... You can find more info in this forum how to beat version 1.4 without a book specific to the exam...

Hope it helps...
