FINALLY! Amazon US is showing the book as shipping in 24 hours, so they have finally restocked completely. That means all back-orders have been filled and shipped, and now anyone can order it and get it. Sorry it took so long, but it looks like it's finally out there.

Cheers!

Hi,

I live in the UK and have been waiting on this book for some time now. Amazon UK have today sent me yet ANOTHER mail saying that the book has been delayed again, and that I shouldn't expect it for another 4-6 weeks.

Any idea what the deal is here ? Is the book on a US only release for the timebeing ? Would I be better cancelling my UK order and ordering from Amazon US ? I don't mind paying the extra packaging as this is really interfering with my studying schedule.

Thanks for any advice folks.

Neil.

This is really sad, annoying, frustrating, depressing (whatever you call it) amazon.ca has (once again) changed delivery date

from
Delivery estimate: Sep 13 2004 - Sep 20 2004

to
Delivery estimate: Sep 28 2004 - Oct 4 2004

Book is available in India but not in Canada

Evertime I change my mind to cancel order with Amazon Canda and place order (let us say) with Amazon US then I notice that date of arrival is same as with amazon.ca (beacuas of international delivery) but when the date of arrival approaches there it comes an another email from amazon.ca
I have learned my lesson and that is "Never plan anything based on anything pre-ordered or estimated delivery date by amazon"

Hi Alfred,

I had similar experience with amazon.ca, so if you don't mind paying express post charges, B&N has proved best for me. I got my book in less than 40 hours here after I ordered it with them. But book is great and real fun to read it. You may think the same option.
