We're working on it, but you know we're kind of slow.
We will have the code samples up at some point, and we WILL let you know here first! (We'll probably also let you know when we're getting close... right now we're not that close - we're working hard to help Eric and Beth finish up the ultra-cool patterns book )

We're going to be out for a week or so--we are wrapping up patterns and the servlets book co-author, Bryan Basham, is getting married (we're all flying out to New York for his wedding) : )
But when we return, we are planning to seriously update the web site.

Yes Kathy, I have ch1 servlet, Beer-v1, Beer-v2 and Beer-v3. Where can I post/upload these applications? I will keep updating as I progress with book.
Anybody in need of above said applications can get it from me.
Any one willing to host on their server should let me know.
