This week's book giveaway is in the OO, Patterns, UML and Refactoring forum. We're giving away four copies of Refactoring for Software Design Smells: Managing Technical Debt and have Girish Suryanarayana, Ganesh Samarthyam & Tushar Sharma on-line! See this thread for details.
i took the test yesterday and passed (91%). the two things that helped me most were:
1) the head-first book. everything was in there (although some of it was only in the test, i.e. not covered in the chapters). 2) working a big struts project for the last three months. i was pretty much digging into the web.xml, writing filters and listeners, and stuff like that almost every day, so the test wasn't just straight memorization for me.
as mentioned before, too, you should have gotten a breakdown of your scores by subject, so you should be able to see where you need more study.
