In a TLD file , the element <attribute> which is in the <tag> element ..

<tag>
..
<attribute>
..
<rtexprvalue>true</rtexprvalue>
</attribute>
</tag>
Is the rtexprvalue element really there..b'coz I don't find it in the specs.
Can anyone confirm ??

rtexprvalue element is there but optional. Please look at the following DTD:
