You need the specs.
Servlet 2.4 specification
JSP 2.0
JSTL 1.1
Then, it has become a de facto standard the Head First Servlet and JSP. The authors founded this site and therefore sometimes they make their apparition.
You can run any search on Amazon or bookpool to find the book.
