Hi Guys,

Finally, the big day arrived and the printer at my Prometric centre was a bit slow and in another room, so I had to wait for a few minutes to know my result.

Thanks to Head First writers ... and javaranch, to make this journey pleasant and interesting ...

Now onto SCBCD ... I have Head First EJB, so no worries...

Thanks Guys,

Following was my experience :

I started with study for 310-080 from a book from Wrox.
Then realised that it is a lot different from 31-081. So, bought HF book. I like the format of the book, went through it once and then concentrated on looking at the summary in the first book and the differences in HF.

I couldnt manage to look at the specs, however, perhaps they would have been more useful.

Mikalai's notes also are good. I managed to read just the first 2/3, they do help a lot if one has time. It would have taken him ages to do that. Thanks Mikalai.

I must say, I didn't get time to review all my answers. I was reviewing around 42nd question when the last minute was left. So, I pressed the end button.

Time taken : I set this as my goal on 31Jan. Started reading say by mid of feb. Thats was about an hour a day. Then by second week of march started spending around 4-5 hrs of daily study. Postponed my exam from 14-Mar to 21-mar.

Regarding drag-and-drop questions, I found a problem initially when I tried to place drop a box into another. Then realised that it has to be at a specific position when we drop it, else it goes back to its original position. I think this was pointed out by somebody on the forum before as a problem. I don't think there is any problem, just looking at placing the boxes correctly.

All the best to others,

Hope this helps,
