Two things to get jstl working:

1. Download jar's from http://archive.apache.org/dist/jakarta/taglibs/standard/binaries/jakarta-taglibs-standard-1.1.2.zip

and unzip

2. find 'jstl.jar' and put it in /WEB-INF/lib dir of your web application.

I assume you use Tomcat 5.0, right? If so, your jstl tags will work.

Good luck!

Two more things:

1. put standard.jar in WEB-INF/lib;
2. put

<%@ taglib uri='http://java.sun.com/jstl/core' prefix='c'%>

in the beginning of your jsp.

Hello min,
If you are using tomcat older version
***THE FOLLWOING IS OPTIONAL FROM TOMCAT 5 because the container itself map these

Try placing this web.xml if older version of tomcat is used
