Regarding TLD deployment

Hi

If I put the XML schema like this it works fine for me

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>
<taglib xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee
http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee/web-jsptaglibrary_2_0.xsd"
version="2.0">

but in HFSJ it is given as

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>
<taglib xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee/web-taglibrary_2_0.xsd"
version="2.0">

Can anybody explain what is the significance of both.
where i am going wrong. I am using tomcat 5.5.9 version.

Always works fine for me, and it is how it appears in the J2EE Servlet Spec
