Hacking can be done using any language. All you need it APIs to to do low level programming or probably pass information to the other side, like objects, and in the objects pass commands.

Welcome to JavaRanch. First, you are going to need to change your display name to match the JavaRanch naming policy.

Second, this topic really isn't appropriate for this forum. There are other forums, such as Security, or Performance, which be more appropriate for your questions... assuming you are looking at it from an academic standpoint. I don't think any responsible rancher will point you to a "how to" site for hacking in Java.
