Hi guys,

I'm probably getting ahead of myself because I'm still studying for the SCJP exam. I'm pretty well versed on Java fundamentals and how to develop code with them but I don't know much about Servlets and JSP (...which is totally necessary for any Java developer interviews nowadays). Is there a book for the SCWCD exam that will teach me how to use them and prepare for my exams at the sametime. Or do I need to a introduction book to warm up first. Either way could somebody recommend books please.

Head First Servlets & JSP.
This is an interesting book for beginners as well as for the exam.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm actually waiting for the new K&B book in order to take on SCJP 5.0. In the meantime I picked up HF Servlets and JSPs. Its a great book that explains pretty much all the basics of both Servlets and JSPs, with the fun of a head first book. I don't know if I will end up taking the SCWCD exam after SCJP, but its nice to learn all the material.

So far its been a lot of fun and I've learned a ton!
I agree. Here's the link:
