HFSJ page 804, the TLD define <body-content>empty</body-content>, can the doStartTag() return EVAL_BODY_INCLUDE?? Is the code correct? This is from spec
If the TagLibraryDescriptor file indicates that the action must always have an
empty action, by an <body-content> entry of �empty�, then the doStartTag()
method must return SKIP_BODY.
Somebody asked this question before?
