A tag file may NOT be placed in a JAR file in the WEB-INF/lib directory.

Isn't this option correct. There is also NO explanation provided for this option.

Page 566, question: 15 option: E

The explanation says "There is NO such method in JspContext. But we DO have a method with this signature.

I do not own HFSJ, but did you check the Errata ?

Those two may answer your doubts :

(563) Answer on question 9, written comment on option D;
The written remark at option D belongs to option D of the answer
on question 8 and not question 9.
The comment for question 9 should be:
"-Option D is invalid because it is not a valid return code."

{566} Question 15, Items E & F, Handwritten Comments;
The notes for options E and F should be swapped.
