Hi,

The answer given is D. The explanation given says we can disable scripting in selective jsp's by specifying selective url patterns to be disabled.

Can someone explain how this is done? How can we disable it in selective jsp's?

Thanks
Shobhana

You specify the jsp pages in <url-pattern> element for which scripting should be disabled.

<jsp-config>
<jsp-property-group>
<url-pattern>/FirstJsp.jsp</url-pattern>
<url-pattern>/SecondJsp.jsp</url-pattern>
<scripting-invalid>
true
</scripting-invalid>
</jsp-config>
</jsp-property-group>

If you give it as
<url-pattern>*.jsp</url-pattern>
then scripting will be disabled in all the jsp pages in your web application.
