Q9 , Page 664 of HFSJ says option B is correct but i feel that D is also correct . Pls correct me if i am wrong.

Option B is correct , b'coz FORM based authentication requires Session tracking ( cookies or SSL can be of help for session tracking)
Look out ,there is no HTTPS Authentication..Its a mechanism for transmitting data in some secure manner and not an authentication mechanism
