Help needed in Eclipse

I installed Eclipse. But I am not getting the option to create a new
server( or the option to create a dynamic web project) . Does it have to be installed as a seperate plugin. Please help me

I don't know what you mean by "creating a new server",
and I think you should post this in the IDE Forum :

If you want to create a new project,you cann do it by clicking the file menu(File-New-Project).
