getting frustrated with enthuware team...???

Hi,
I am getting literally frustrated with the way enthuware team is working .....I had ordered for jwebplus .I had transferred my money through online to Hanumanth Deshmukh(india) account and raised a request in enthuware.com .its been almost three days that i have not recieved the order id / license from enthuware team.At the same time no update in my request from anybody.....
can you please let me know how can I get the license ??
I tried calling the number provided in the site but its wrong number....i have my exam scheduled for 8th Mar 2006...so would appreciate if some body can throw some light on this...
please let me know your feedback about your experience when you bought the software..and their license response after you transfer the money...

Hi Somasekhar,
We process the order within a day after the payment is received. I am very sorry that we could not process your order in time. Processing the order manually is slow because of payment verification and there was sat/sun in between. For this reason, I wrote the following to you when you initially asked about the time before the purchase:

"Yes, you can get the s/w and get it running within 1 day however I do not recommend it if there is less than one week remaining for the test. "

Don't worry we are not going to run away with your money. Your money will be refunded in full. Either you can let us know your address so that we can send you the check, or let us know your ICICI bank account number so that we can transfer the amount back to you.
