Passed SCWCD with 85%

Hello EveryOne,

I cleared SCWCD today with 85%

I missed out on some custom tag questions and standard action tags.

I would like to thank Kathy Sierra, Bert Bates, Bryan Basham for an excellent book, I did my entire preparation from start to finish from this book.

I would also like to thank all the people here at this forum for all the support and answers they provided, Thanx a bundle.

I never went through the JSTL, JSP and Servlet specifications, although I had downloaded them but never had the time to actually go through them, they are too extensive.

Notes by Frederic were excellent as well.

Regarding the +20% rule for the final mock exam rule, yes it applies to me as well, as I got 67% on the final mock exam in the HFSJ book and I secured 85% in the actual exam.

Well thanx again all you guyz, I M just about to order the Head First EJB by Kathy Sierra and Bert Bates and start preparing for SCBCD next week.

I'm part of the BCD in progress club too.

I'm sorry to inform you i write notes during my study of the HF book so notes will come when :
1. I receive my book (ordered yesterday, will arrive i don't know when, cannot find in france it seems, ordered from amazon.com...)
2. i finish studying the whole book..

Hey is anyone trying for any UML exam simultanously with SCBCD?

Do U think its a good idea or one at a time?

Personnaly, I prefer to concentrate on one thing at a time.
There is no relation between UML and SCBCD, why are you asking ?

well my question was not intended to mean that there is any link between UML and Business Component Developer exams.

I just wanted to know if any one was trying to prepare for any UML exams and also if any one was trying to prepare for UML as well as for BCD together.

Aaarrgh, too late to cancel the amazon.com order of HFE !
Yesterday on amazon.fr they stated "Epuis�" which means they don't have any more, that's why I went to amazon.com. And now i have to wait to minimum 24th of march....

Good point is i'll pay 6 euros less
