Hi, I just want to confirm this:

When a Container sends a 401 response to the client, that tells the browser to get login information from the user, the configuration in <login-config> determines what kind of login page the user sees.

For example if <login-config><auth-method>BASIC... the user will get a login page from the browser. However, if <login-config><auth-method>FORM...then the user will get a custom login page.

yes you're right, i confirm.

Except that for BASIC it's not a page but a popup window, but this is detail
