I got wind that Bert has posted notes on some of the topics covered for SCWCD, could anybody get me the links please?

Bryan's notes are the only ones - but if someone thinks we missed a topic, let us know! We think that with the addition of Bryan's notes, the book is pretty complete from an SCWCD perspective.
