book/material -

HFSJ is the most obvious resourse. Hey let me be clear - "HFSJ stands for Head First Servlets and JSP" bY Bert Bates. This

book has a graphical approach to help you memorize things. This bbok is the onle option if you are working somewhere and get

very little time to study. In such time crunch, instead of reading long theory pages, its always nice to read graphical

stuff.

time required -

This again depends. If you preparing full time, 2 months is more than enough. If you are working somewhere then your

preparation might spread over months. you may like to read here

Remember that never prchase any voucher/ fix exam date unless you are confident the you have memorized the stuff. Yes, no matter how much experience you have, you need to be a bit ACADEMIC and get into remebering the stuff, because after all this too, is a EXAM.

hope this helps
