Classic Tag handlers

In the "Head First" book it says "...exam candidates will see only a couple of questions on Classic tag handlers." It then spends the next 30 pages on the topic. Given the minimal exposure the topic receives, can it be ignored and still have a reasonable expectation of passing?

You might still see classic tag handlers where you work. Read through it anyway. Its not that hard.
