Error while urlRewritting using jstl.

<html> <body> <a href="<c:url value='/urlResult.jsp' />">click here</a> </body> </html> i am doing url rewriting using jstl. code shown above is jsp page which provides link to urlResult.jsp page. code below is result page after clicking hyperlink on urlRewriting.jsp

The tomcat5 throws Exception shown below when i click hyperlink on urlRewriting.jsp
HTTP Status 404 - /App1/%3Cc:url%20value='/urlResult.jsp'%20/%3E

description The requested resource (/App1/%3Cc:url%20value='/urlResult.jsp'%20/%3E) is not available.
My webapplication App1 is located at
Both urlRewriting.jsp and urlResult.jsp are located inside C:\Tomcat 5.0\webapps\App1 folder
i am using Below shown url to run urlRewriting.jsp
i think i am not able to set path correctly inside <c:url> tag in urlRewriting.jsp file.
Please help me.

Did you use the taglib directive to declare the prefix 'c' ?
<%@ taglib prefix="c" uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core" %>

I think it should be sure for missing the prefix declaration.
It is some interesting to think of that.
