scripting-invalid tag in web.xml

according to HFSJ, page 338, Q13....

Q13. Which statement about disabling scripting elements are true?

one of the option is :

You can only disable scripting at application level.

The above statement is correct, but it is not so according to HFSJ. Can someone pls explain..

this is what it makes a 'wrong' option
its all 'english' man

as per above option, scriptin can be disabled only at applciation level
this is not true. we can do it for some jsps by using the <url-pattern> element
