Head First Mock test Question no 31 option B say's there is no <jsp:import> standard action but Mikalai Zaikin notes page no 119 says that <c:import> is similar to <jsp:import>.

So where is the Errata in Malaikin's notes or Headfirst somebody please make it clear.

there is nothing like jsp:import !
c:import does exist ! with c:import you have 3 ways to include content in your main jsp -

include directive
include standard action
and the new one - c:import !
