Regarding taglib-location in DD

should I mention it as lib/myJar.jar/meta-inf or lib/myJar.jar as its actually looking for a TLD

if the taglib jar is put under /WEB-INF/lib and its tld under /WEB-INF/lib/META-INF, the uri defination can be self-contained in the tld below,
