Custome Tag Problem

I am using HFSJ and when I tried the example on Custom tags, it encounter the foloowing error message... Any classpath problem... I have included the standard.jar and jstl.jar in the lib folder of the web-application and also at the JDK\lid folder and given the classpath..

What will be the problem..?

Include servlet and JSP libraries come with tomcat in the classpath.
