I am planing to take SCWCD exam. Could you tell me which edition of HFSJ covers the exam SCWCD (CX-310-081)?

hi I am plannin to take SCWCD 1.4 exam but not sure which edition of head first servlets and JSPs to buy. Bookstores carry only 2004 edition that is first edition.
From where to order the latest edition. (Amazon as 2005, not 2006)

So April 2004 is the only edition out....the first one..should I buy it ?
2005 and 2006 are just reprints ?
